He is capable of handling projects of any size, offering turn-key services while utilizing cutting-edge technology.

Chris is an Electrical Engineer and is the Branch Office Manager for the Chambersburg office. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial Electrical building design. He has a wide range of experience, ranging from small community projects in this local region to high rise hotels in Manhattan.

Michael is a Mechanical Engineer with 9 years of mechanical engineering design experience. Mike has gained valuable experience since joining Paragon and has become involved with aspects of both project and client management.

Scott is a Mechanical Designer and is the Branch Office  Manager for the Lancaster office. He has over 17 years of experience working in the MEP Design and Construction Industry in a variety of roles. Scott has a broad knowledge of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing commercial field.

Mark is a Senior Electrical Project Manager and has over 20 years of experience working in the Electrical/Design and Construction Field. He specializes in Medical, Industrial, Commercial, Fire Alarm, Lighting, Structured Cable Systems, and Design/Build projects.

Jeff is the Business Development Manager and has over 33 years of Business Development, Sales/Marketing and Management experience. He is responsible for the development of new client relationships as well as maintaining current client relationships

Randy is a Senior Electrical Project Manager and has over 40 years experience working in the Electrical Design and Construction Field. Randy specializes in power distribution, exterior site lighting, and solar design systems.

Peter is the President of the company and an Electrical Engineer. He has over 32 years of experience working in the Electrical/Design and Construction Fields. Peter specializes in industrial and commercial lighting and power projects, and coordinates ARC Flash studies.

Rodger is the Director of Mechanical Engineering and has over 28 years of experience working in the Mechanical/Design and construction fields. Rodger is responsible for design, coordination, and construction administration of mechanical building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection with a specialized focus in HVAC systems and controls.

Tim is a Senior Electrical Project Manager and an Electrical Engineer. He has over 40 years of experience working in the Electrical Design and Construction Fields. His expertise is in electrical design including: power distribution, short circuit/volt drop calculations, interior/exterior lighting, emergency generator, fire alarm, security, and computer systems.
